stinking attitude

I recently called outsurance and arranged for car insurance the lady who assisted me wrote the area name wrong and I called again after they confirmed my insurance with them to fix the wrong information and my premium went high then asked to cancel it as I could not afford it anymore.The guy who answered at the claims dept was very unprofessional telling me that I'm the one who gave the wrong information n I explained to him it's the typing error not a completely different word,he was just rude I don't even want their insurance.
