Still waiting to be refunded

Hi,<br> <br> Last Saturday night my geyser burst at night when I got home my whole house was flooded and called a plumber( reg company) to install a new geyser Sunday morning, Monday morning called Outsurance they said that they received my invoiced I emailed them but cannot pay me out that amount I was charged by the Company. I have also sent Outsurance a quote for damages to my laminated flooring and kitchen cupboards.<br> I was asked to take pics and sent it to Outsurance, with having done all this they dispute my invoice and also quote for the damages. They insisted that they would send out their company. I refused to use their company as the last time they replaced my geyser they didn't even put in a drip tray that is now the cause that my house was flooded in the first place. I am not happy that my place is a mess and Outsurance is now wanna investigate me. For 15 yrs of paying insurance and having such high access to pay, this is how we get treated.<br> Will seriously consider looking at other insurances.
