Still waiting on my email months later

I called Outsurance for a car insurance quote. They could not beat ye current insurance premium. I asked the agent about the \\If we CAN'T beat your premium we will give you R400\. They said they will sent me an email and there will be a link where I will need to upload my Insurance documents. I waited... I followed up and spoke to a different Agent she told me the email address was incorrect and will resend the link. Im still waiting on thew link. \"\"\""
