Still waiting on a call back

<p>So I got home after a long day to a flooded house what does one do in a panic? Shut the STOP TAP outside. After checking my damages I call my so very reliable insurance company, "Outsurance"! After speaking to 3 consultants Dineo & Sam they were of great assistance btw but then Sam forwarded my call to claims & I spoke to Sello who was unable to assist but attached a note of urgency to my name whom said a consultant will get back to me in 15min. After 30min I call again & lucky me got to speak to Sello AGAIN whom was of no help just attached ANOTHER urgent note to my number.</p> <p>In a nutshell... its 00:15 I have no running water in my house & I'm still waiting on a call back FROM SOMEONE. I just wonder what happens if I skip a payment or consider ANOTHER insurance company mine seem to just NOT CARE! Got to love you some Outsurance</p>
