Still waiting for my R400

After my previous complaint regarding the R400 not being paid Refilwe Makgamatha tried to assist but just very conveniently navigated me into a position where according to their terms and conditions I can no longer receive the R400. <br> All because she had me get a new quote 2 weeks ago(almost double my current premium) and now I can't get requoted again for the next 6 month. After 6 months there will probably be another way for Outsurance to get out of paying the R400 they so blatantly promise every day on the radio. <br> FALSE ADVERTISING! <br> It's disgusting and dissapointing working with a company like Outsurance
