Still waiting for my car to return
I am very frustrated as I am still waiting for my car to return from repairs. My car was taken in for repairs at the end of January and I am still waiting.
My car was driving perfectly fine when I took it in for repairs and then the people doing the repairs informed me that the car is not starting after they completed the repairs. I had escalated this to Outsurance's complaints department and the support I've received has been terrible. I've haven't been given any indication of when I'm getting my car back in the working condition that I took it in for repairs. I have not even been given a courtesy car to use while I'm waiting for my car.
