Still waiting for excess to be paid

Last year December I was involved in an accident which wasn't my fault, so I called Outsurance and they handled they claim very well.<br> My complaint is in regards to my excess that I paid, they other party which crashed into me didn't have insurance, so I paid the excess and Outsurance said they would retrieve it back for me. <br> This was last year December and I still have not heard anything regarding this matter.<br> I gave Outsurance all the details of the other driver and I am still waiting.<br> <br> It is absolutely pathetic that its been almost a year and I am still waiting to paid back. <br> I would appreciate it if someone could solve this matter for me, and refund me what is owed to me!!
