Still waiting for email link and sms for 400 cash

Last month i requested a quote for my car, a consultant contacted me within couple of minutes and i was impressed. But sadly Outsurance could not beat my current insurance company. The following day another consultant phoned and told me about the R400 cash back and promise to send me email link & sms confirmation. I'm not sure if this R400 cash back is marketing strategy or is true.
