still waiting for a promised call back

<p>called my way on friday the 19th of august for a qoute and they failed to save me money,so i claime the 800 they promised on the 22nd of august.till today i have not received a response,so call them to enquire and a guy took my number and promised to call me back.still waiting.</p>
