still waiting for a link to get my R400

I spoke to a gentleman who promised to beat my premiums and we spoke for 45minutes.and yet never finished the quote and promised to call me back at a time that i requested bt instead i was called by a lady the next day but she couldnt beat my premiums and promised to send me a link to get ny R400 since they could help me,till today i have not received it no call no nothing from them im just wondering if i took out the policy is the service i was going to get from them....this is very very poor i dnt know what to say.
