Still no response - 3 weeks later

I sent a complaint via HelloPeter regarding the atrocious service i received from Outsurance and their supplier in July 2015 and have still received no response.<br> A gaping hole has been left in my front yard with the pipes left exposed.<br> <br> Something similar happened in 2014 when my ceiling caved in and a supplier could not be brought in to fix it due to the rain. Someone was only brought in 3 weeks later.<br> <br> I wonder is this what Outsurance means when they say \\you always get something out\<br> <br> \"\"\""
