Still haven't received my referral refund from Outsurance after months of calling them

It is with great disappointment as a long standing client of Outsurance that i have to engage them on this platform. Not only have i lost time over the last few months calling them over and over month on month about the referral amount (R400) owed to me but now have to spend time writing this review of the service. I simply have one word at the moment and that is "Disgusting". I have been given so many empty promises over the last few months and no action has been taken. I am greatly disappointed, i write to you Outsurance in the hopes that as a loyal customer since 2013 i can be given the service that has been advertised to the public. I recommend people to Outsurance on the basis on these promises and you are not living up to them.
