<p>after canceling my account with outsurance they still see it fot to debt my account. Please can you refund me for the last two months. </p>

Your feedback was alarming and immediately referred to our client care manager, Brian to contact you.

Brian explained the transaction you referred to was a credit, and not an amount we debited.
