I was quoted yesterday by Outsurance and the premium was R500 more than my current insurance. The consultant did not inform me that i will then qualify for the R400 , she was actually hanging up the call. <br> When i asked the consultant about the R400 she said they will forward me a link. After phoning them and speaking to Ruan enquiring about the link i was promised that it will be sent again...yet 24 hrs later and still no link to claim the R 400. I see this as false advertising.
