Still awaiting a response

After contacting Outsurance`s call centre about 3 months ago and twice this month I requested that my personal details that is still being used on my previous employers business vehicle policy AND after I was promised several times that it will be removed and that a consultant will contact me to confirm the removal, I still haven't received any feedback whatsoever. All 3 times I phoned the call centre I had to explain the story over and over and was promised that I will be immediately removed from the policy since I no longer work for the company. Can some one once and for all just remove my personal details from the company`s policy since I have no ties with the company any longer and I do not want to be a part of this company using my details to be **********?
