STICKER REQUEST FOR OVER A YEAR NOW

Currently have Discovery stickers on my car though covered by Outsurance.I have requested stickers for over a year now and to date I have not received. Phoned more than 5 times and every time I am told they were posted/that the post office was on strike hence I have not received. This is very surprising as only the Outsurance post gets lost but I receive the rest of my post. This is unacceptable and please note that I am not willing to collect them elsewhere but I want them delivered. If I am not assisted I will gladly look at other options of getting quotes from other reputable companies and your competence is questionable and would like to take my money where it would be appreciated and my queries taken seriously. This is clearly a minor and unimportant issue and the fact that I am advertising for a company I am not paying for. I am really disappointed with Outsurance.
