STICK TO YOUR PROMISES

Got a quote on a fiat that we want to buy. Quote was for more than R800.00 pm - i have been a customer with outsurance for more than 10 years with about 3 small claims in that time. i complained that it is to high they said sorry thats how it is. i Spoke to a manager - Shaheed van Niekerk who also said he can go down to R710.00 nothing more. My reply was that they must then give me R800.00 as My Way quoted R585.00 and outsurance cannot beat that. His reply was that outsurance has got better service than My Way AND THAT I CANNOT COMPARE A SMALL COMPANY LIKE THAT MY WAY TO A BIG COMPANY LIKE OUTSURANCE- ***? I said to him that the add about beating any quote does not state small or big companies anf he then started with his - OUTSURANCE IS SO GOOD....... So no that paying off money does not apply here I have over the years told any- and everybody that asked me how brilliant outsurance is - i will never go anywhere else - now i am not so sure I asked Shaheed to email me the quote so that i have it in writing which he promised to do. 3 Hours later have not received anything In the meantime outsurance phones my wife - who has never been a client of them - and offers her insurance at R680.00???? I am now not so sure if i want to stay with outsurance - which will be sad because they used to give brilliant service. CHARL
