Stereotypes are wrong

<p>I've been covered by OUTsurance for a few years. Recently, I have had to claim as my laptop was damaged. </p> <p> </p> <p>We have all heard those stories about how getting money out of an insurance company is akin to getting a stone to bleed. Clearly the writers weren't covered by OUTsurance. I was afraid that it would be a hassle and they would find any excuse not to pay. Not only was my claim processed in record time but they did as much as they could to help me along the way. Thanks to Paul Janse Van Vuuren and co, I will be adding to my cover. I now live in a new area and need additional cover. I see no need to "shop around". Happy</p>
