stay well clear of outsurance

Please do not pay attention to their advertising in which they show how they can reduce premiums and save you a lot of money !!! I AM an outsurance customer. I insure my car for R795 a month from them. I have moved from a private dwelling in a town with a very high crime rate (I was ****** five times in 12 months) ... now I live in a security estate in another province with electric gates, full time guards and patrols, access control, cameras and sign in facilities. There is no township nearby which might harbour *********, I now work from home and have a carport - I had none f these things previously. MY NEW PREMIUM IS R1250 A MONTH !!!! Nearly double !!!! They do not lower your periums once they have you as a customer at all - they put them up dramatically !!!!....and assume that it will be too much hassle to start from the beginning with another company so you will just pay R500 more for the same thing ( in this instance with less risk to themselves). Stay away from them....they will catch you later !!!
