STAY WAY FROM THIS INSURANCE FOR YOUR PET
They sell you this amazing policy, tell you there is nothing they dont cover or will pay for. I had to take my baby for here yearly vaccinations yesterday, she had a very bad reaction about 2 hours later when we got home and I had to rush her to Valley Farm emergency room.
I want to put in the claim today, and they tell me they are only paying the amount for routine care which is R 900.00 my total spend due to after hour emergency care came up to R 2400.00. Let me tell you, you are worse than Oneplan!!!! My first claim and already you having all the excuses not to pay. PEOPLE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PET INSURANCE they sell you such an amazing product over the phone, but when it comes to the part where you need to claim. Then they throw terms and conditions and all the limits they have which is never explained to you when you take out the cover.

After receiving the new diagnosis from your vet, she proceeded to settle your claim.
She reiterated our processes and resent your policy schedule, to review the waiting periods and exclusions.
