I really cannot believe I am here again, complaining AGAIN. Outsurance has a serious issue with their business model. I have been driving accident free for 20 years, insured for most of this time. I have had a minor claim below R12 000 four years ago. Every year I have to fight the same fight to get my premiums down. Not to mention the RIDICULOUS standard excess fee going up each year. Soon the excess will outweigh the value of the insured asset. Time to go for traditional insurance again where my pristine low risk profile will be welcomed.
