Stay away from this company !! you will regret joining them .....

I have requested a copy of the recording between myself and Tumelo and it has been 2 weeks almost and no email with link to recording ? I know their policy states 7 working days as I have received previous recording from them within 7 days !!!!!! I would like to escalate the matter to the Ombudsman and the Insurance board of SA.

I want to make it clear that they are not complying with my request ! They are therefore not following their own rules and denying me the right to the recording by simply not helping me or saying that someone is busy with my profile ….. Legal action will follow …….
