Stay away from OutSurance Pet insurance
I am trying to cancel my pet insurance with Outsurance due to the fact that the premium has increased radically since I first obtained the cover. It has almost doubled in two years. I don't find any email address on the policy documents which I can email to cancel the cover, although the policy documents state that it can be cancelled with immediate effect. I am trying to email other addresses to put me in touch with the cancellations department.

Why is there no email address on the policy documents?! Why do they make it so difficult to cancel a policy? Every other email address appears on the documents. There is no link to cancellations on their website either. I find it ********* that they make it so HARD to cancel a policy!

The other is trying to call me, after I expressedly said I don't want to talk to you. Send me an email. I don't want a rerate or a debate. I WANT A CANCELLATION. I am being refused a cancellation!

They make it impossible to contact them via email and they refuse to cancel my policy.
