STAY AWAY FROM OUTSURANCE
I have been with outsurance business & personal for more than 10 years & now that i have a claim, they do not want to approve it, because the debit order did not go out for August but it went off in September & then they tell me the insurance is month to month, which they do not say when you take up the insurance with them!!!!!!!!!!! They are a bunch of ****mers!!!! I will advise everyone not to take up insurance with outsurance, they are ****mers!!!!!!!

We understand the disappointment of having a claim rejected,
After we were notified of the unpaid premium, we resubmitted the unpaid premium which was also returned by the bank.
Short term insurance is from month to month. If the premium is unpaid for the month, there will be no cover. You are also not indebted to us. Your cover commences as normal the following month,
Our claims manager will however call you.
