STAY AWAY FROM OUTSURANCE.
Don't be fooled by Outsurance's great advertising. "We are family." When it comes to a claim, they are no longer family, they will make every effort to refuse your claim, even calling you a "*****ster." Stay far away from them.

02 Apr 2024, 09:51Thank you for your reply, however the above reference is not to defend my matter with Outsurance directly, but merely to inform the general public of your "devious" methods. Making me wait for 10 weeks for your unjust decision on a legitimate claim, and still having my premiums deducted every month, knowing that the car is at the repair shop. Regards, Herbert
