STAY AWAY FROM OUTSURANCE
I have been with Business outsurance since 2020 with only one claim and premium contributions of over R250000 since I joined them. Today, 13/08/2024, they refused to assist with roadside assist on one of my trucks. I could believe you.

After responding privately to your review, we escalated the matter to Nobukhosi, our client services manager. We are able to provide you with roadside assistance, unfortunately, we don't provide tyre and rim cover. If the damages are within the excess, the client is liable for the repair costs. If the damages exceed the excess, the client will pay the excess, and we will cover the repair costs. The ambit of your cover was discussed in detail with you. As per your request, your policy has been cancelled.
