Stay away from OUTsurance

So I need to find an alternative pet insurance, and not Outsurance becuse I'm having endless hassles. I contacted them today to add extra benefits and personal liability on two of my four dogs currently insured by them. All went well and all additional benefits were added. I received my policy and noticed that they said the two dogs were cross breed small. I called to rectify because they are medium, not small and well, knowing insurance, down the line they could use this incorrect information to withhold any claims. So I just prefer having all the details correct. No worries, they said, I just had to send photos of each one becuse they are medium and we not 100% sure what the father was. Some little brown cross jobbie. No problem, pictures sent. I then get a new policy late this afternoon but they totally removed both pups off the entire policy only leaving the other two dogs. No explanation, no denial of the liability or other benefit, nothing, just totally removed with no cover at all. They did the exact same thing earlier in the year with my two labradores (one of which has passed since) when I upgraded and it was a fight because when they reinstated them with a new policy, it contained all the waiting periods and the one was on chronic at the time and that was problematic. I eventually got all waiting period clauses removed because they had actually been coverd for nearly six years already. Lots of fighting and listening to recorded phone calls etc... they finally realized they stuffed up. But what an unpleasant experience, especially with the added stress of knowing my pets were not properly covered for however long. But now they have done it again!! I never instructed them to remove any pets, not then and not now. I've tried contacting them. Nothing. I even booked an online MS Teams meeting through their website but no one bothered to show up. I'm done with OUTsurance and thier incompetence. (I even moved my other insurances away from them but that's another whole story). I'm now looking for any reasonable suggestions as I need all 4 dogs covered and I need to get OUTsurance OUTta my life! Worst service provider ever, don't let thier flooding the market with adverti*****ts and promises fool you. Stay vigilant. (They only get one star because it doesn't seem to allow the option of no stars)
