Started a claim in the morning around 8:30 on the app, received a call in about an hour later and I was requested to explain what happened and provide a case number, date and time when the incident happened. Claim was processed and approved. Around 4pm of the same day the money was paid. I’m extremely happy about the process and efficiency of the consultants.
