Starplex - damaged my fridge

We lodged a claim with Outsurance for our fridge/ freezer that was not working, they send out a person from starplex to do a damage report, the fridge side was working perfectly, our freezer side was the problem. The man opened the control panel and fiddled there, he commented that the panel was fitted incorrectly. The next morning when I made a bottle for son at 6 I noticed that the fridge side is warm and I smelled the food going bad. After starplex was here both sides of our fridge/freezer is not working !! They send a report to outsurance that wear and tear and unknown sources is the cause of damage. They are however the reason for our fridge not working now !!! Outsurance denied our claim. Starplex must fix their mess.
