Star Employee!!

I have seen the adverts on TV, magazines and all the billboards by Outsurance stating how amazing they are. But this is paid for marketing by Outsurance.

After cancelling my insurance with Mi-Way (was with them for over 10 years and thought they were great until I needed to claim for the very first time.....) I went with the first name that popped into my head..... Truly their marketing is outstanding.

Well...... I have been with Outsurance for only 1 month when I had a small incident..... Honestly thought this was going to be a hard process until I spoke to Hexctor Ntswane. What an amazing experience. He handled EVERYTHING. Put me at ease. Kept me up to date every step of the way. Called me back within seconds when I sent a message. Responded on each and every one of my queries and rep**** to all my emails. Even when I just forwarded things on for his attention. He assured me everything is handled and it is/was!

Wow! Outsurance, I have not dealt with any of your other staff, but if Hector Ntswane is anything to go by, you surely have a winning team and can see why you are dominating the market! He is exceptional in how he deals with me as a client. You should be proud of him as part of the Outsurance team.
