Stand up to what you advertise

On the 01 October 2020 I made an enquiry into switching and saving from my insurer to Outsurance - I received a call within a few minutes from an agent stating she is from Outsurance at 9.48am the duration of the call was 21min14sec. She requested all my information and submitted me a quote which was R485.56 more than what my current premium is even after my annual increase. I was disappointed with the outcome but that's not the reason I am writing a complaint - the reason for this review is that when i asked the sales agent about the R500 i would receive due to the fact that she couldn't beat my quote she said she will send me a link to apply - today is the 05 October 2020 and i am still waiting. So my question to you - IS THIS PROMOTION A **** TO LURE CLIENTS IN OR ARE YOURLL GENUINE - Time will tell if i get a reply to this post. Sales Agent - Lungile
