Staff were very helpful and friendly. This is the one time Outsurance could not help us, because not many of this model was built, less of them exported to South Africa, parts no more manufactured, thus not available at all. Still, the Outsurance crew were doing their utmost to do the right thing. Even the impossible was made possible by their efforts. Thank you, I am grateful to you all.
