Staff beyond duty

I mailed on the outsurance for an agent to contact me about an insurance quote, and boy o boy did i receive a call.

i couldn't communicate with them on Friday(3/11) but the lady kindly made time to call me on Saturday and spent 2 hrs 30 minutes on the phone explain in to me the Car Comprehensive Cover ,House hold and Building insurance. as expensive as the package was ,i accepted it because of the ladies service that assured me of the choice i was about to make. it was past her break off/home time yet she still enthusiastically took me through everything with such respect and good manners.

shes one of a kind. :)
