Spoken to Tebogo Kgogome from Outsurance re my current Assurance on my my private vehicles. What an experiance ! Not only was he polite, but he managed to assist me in such a way that there was no need to cancell my policy as this was my attention for the call to Outsurance. The way he was handeling the issue was profesional and he knew what he was talking about. I am happy with the result and I am still fully comprehensive covered. Was it not for his assitance I would have been left with no insurance on my vehicles. This is client service that now a days you only hear about but never experiance. Thank you Outsurance.
