SPEEDY SOLVING ROADSIDE PROBLEM

My daughter locked the car with the key in the ignition - standing in lonely driveway.<br> No spare key available.<br> She had to travel urgently with small baby.<br> I called Outsurance to assist.<br> Nadia took my details, physical address and exact situation.<br> I was contacted by the locksmith before I could inform my daughter that help was coming.<br> A minute later Outsurance informed me by SMS that we will be helped within 45 mins.<br> This sounded in order. The SMS were 4 mins apart.<br> All the above happened within about 10 mins.<br> I called by anxious daughter to keep her calm.<br> She informed me the locksmith has already left, problem solved.<br> I was blown away and asked a few times if I understood it well.<br> I must say - a SERIOUS breath of OUTstanding effiency and service.<br> All I can say: WELL DONE Outsurance & Locksmith!!!<br> Johan<br> Bellville
