Speedy recovery of excess

<p>I was involved in an accident last year, November 2015 which was caused by the other party. I had to pay excess on the repairs claim and Outsurance vowed to assist me in claiming it back from the other party. Lindi Nkosi was of great assistance throughout the whole process, she would often call and send smses with the progress of the claim. Today, after only 6 months, I've gotten my money back. I really appreciate Lindi's effort.</p>
