Spectacular Service!

I would like to pay a compliment to Outsurance - not only their spectacular Claims Department and their replacement specialists, but the company as a whole. My girlfriend (policy holder) and I had our house broken into on Friday 20 November, and our television was ******. Being covered for household content, we contacted Outsurance at around 09h00 on Saturday the 21st to report the theft. By 10h00 we got a call back to say that the matter has been investigated and our television will be ready for collection soon. Barely 30 minutes later we got a call from P and G Replacement Specialists (where we also received absolutely incredible service) to collect our new television. Our television had been ****** and replaced in less than a day. I am so impressed with you guys I could hug you. I have never experienced service this great IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. Keep up the good work!!!
