Dear Norman,

The matter was already referred to our Assessing Manager who discussed your claim in detail. After your previous claim, our claims department informed you to update your policy and specify your jewellery in order to enjoy cover. Subsequently our client care department made contact to update the details and you explained you will contact us the following month. Therefore your existing contract remained unchanged and there was no cover for your jewellery items.

We still suggest that you address this with our client care department as a matter of urgency to avoid any problems with future claims.

Kind regards,

Alet
