I always read bad reviews from insurance companies,but today I am one happy OutSurance customer. I am a client for almost 3 years now. On the 12 February 2020 I have been in an accident,something I believed would never happen to me.My wife phoned the OutSurance emergency number on the scene of the accident. A lady by the name of Lillian Matlala was on the other end of the line.She first calmed my wife down and made sure we were okay. She explained the 2 options we have as the accident wasnt my fault. My wife was still on the line and we already received a claim number and an appointment was made to get the car accesed. She phone back later to make sure everything was okay. Within 2 days my claim was approved and my car was collected. A week later and I already received my car back.Lillian kept us informed at all times,always friendly and ready to answer all our questions. Thank you OutSurance for great service.
