SOUR LOSERS

I was an Outsurance client for a number of years.

I got a cheaper quote from another insurance company so decided to cancel my Outsurance cover. So Outsurance debited my account after i cancelled- i reversed the funds from my bank as i couldn't have 2 insurance companies deducting.

To my surprise on my credit report Outsurance has put an outstanding balance.

I called Outsurance and the lady i spoke to told me that its not like i owe them anything- fact. She said she will rectify this- one month later im still in the same position.

Imagine trying to buy property and car insurance gets in your way.
