Sorry. I was involved in a car accident that was both traumatic and stressful. Outsurance were quick to respond. The staff listened attentively. Asked the right questions. They got back to my enquiries swiftly and with caring. Even the investigation team were considerate and had calming techniques that I’m sure they must be trained in as they were incredibly understanding of my trauma after the shock of a serious accident. I would recommend Outsurance for the staff and how they handle a situation in that alone regardless of anything else, it meant a lot to me.
