Sore losers
We won a court case against Outsurance at the end of May & to date they have not settled the claim even though there was a court order to instruct this.
We will be issuing a complaint to the insurance ombudsman once we have all the details.

03 Nov 2022, 11:13I tried numerous times to speak to Tanya in the legal department dealing with this matter but their consultants answering the phones are RUDE.
They've dropped my calls & refuse to give me her email address or telephone number.
I'm DISGUSTED in their ethics.
Ive even emailed Joe who hasn't even responded to my email.

After responding privately to your review, we escalated the matter to Thelma our legal manager.
Thelma contacted you to discuss the matter in detail. There was no delay from OUTsurance. Payment was only due on the 11th of November 2022 however we processed payment yesterday the 7th of November 2022.
