Someone Please Explain case ***
<p>Outsurance has deducted an excess amout of R15000 for my car that was declared as a write off. And now I still have to pay R15000 excess. What happened to the R15000 that they have deducted already?</p>

Our claims manager, Lerato contacted you and provided you with an update on the recovery of your excess. She also expalined why you need to to pay your excess, as this forms part of our agreement with you.
