Someone knocked into my husband (driving my car) and the agent Zandile Mekwa was amazing! She kept me informed every step along the way, sending messages, calling, emails. I was never uncertain about the process or next steps during the traumatic time. She was extremely responsive and reassuring. I have been in a few fender benders (people knocking into me, not the other way round, I promise) and have NEVER had issues with Outsurance. It is a pleasure doing business with them!
