So tired of Dealing with you guys
Seem like the only time I get assistance is when I log a review on hello Peter
I took Pet insurance and was not informed that I have to wait 30 days for claims,I have 2 months old puppy and she was sick I spent R1060 today only to be told my claim won’t be paid
So I would like a full cancellation of all my products with OUTSURANCE and since my puppy didn’t get cover I want a full refund for the pet insurance
You can call me on *** if you can’t find me on my number
I’ve gotten cover elsewhere

We are so sorry about the rejection and also to hear your little puppy was not doing well.
The claim was rejected as a result of the waiting period as per our contract. We did escalate the matter to our claims manager who will contact you.
