SO PROFESSIONAL

<p>I phoned OUTsurance to enquire about insurance cover for my house, my belongings and my car. I knew very little about insurance policies so needed all the information I could get. The consultant spent over half an hour going through the whole policy with me and explaing which areas were essential and which areas were more optional. Every part of the conversation was conducted professionally and all my queries answered with clarity. At the end of the conversation I had signed up and all with no paper work involved. What a complete pleasure!</p>
