So much for that R400

So after seeing add for R400 promotion on dstv for outsurance I decided to give them a call to see if they could better my current car insurance but they weren't able to but at least I would get my R400 for spending over 30 minutes on a phone... Anyway got an sms with a pin number but no e-mail link. Phoned them and was promised someone would call me back but that never happened and now the bad thing is my wife has her car and our home insured with them so do I now tell her to cancel her insurance with them....????
