My wife was recently in a accident were the lady crashed into her from behind. I phoned outsurance to inform them of my predicament. The addressed the matter quick enough, however what followed has left me with a very in a ball. Because the lady that knocked into my wife has her own insurance, I asked outsurance how this situation could play out, they informed me that I could claim 3rd party and keep my out bonus intact, or claim from them outsurance, pay my excess (with a lot more, which I will inform of later) & have my installments increased! I asked outsurance if there is no way that they could fight for me as they are better equipped at handling these matters, they out refused. I'm the one sitting in a predicament of not having made the accident in the first place, paid all my dues on time & without fuss. Outsurance lapped all my monies up, and they couldn't even help me in my time of need to claim from the other ladies insurance.
