So I have never had insurance in my life I been searching for insurance and I have always skipped Outsurance because it seemed so expensive but one day I just took a chance just wanting to hear what they had to say I requested a call back with so much doubt but when the agent called she was so understanding and assisting it felt like I was talking to a friend she addressed my concerns and she saw my point of few I felt so at easy it was like she understood my fears, doubts and my situation she was so helpfull I ended that call feeling like it was the best choice I have ever made if anything had to happen to me I know my loved once are in great hands thank you for giving me piece of mind and for the supporting me it might seem small but it means the world to me keep up the great service looking forward to many more years with you I will rate you 10/10
