This review is for the assessor Piet van der Westhuizen who came to validate my husband and my information and claim. He was professional and efficient. He made me feel calm in a stressful situation. Our claim has been approved and now we hope that the rest of Outsurance performs positively. We moved over from Mutual and Federal to Outsurance after the Knysna Fires and hearing all the positive feedback from the fire victims we worked with. I am so hoping they live up to this wonderful reputation. So far, we are impressed and would like to give Piet a big thumbs up!
